The TP-Link Deco M4 system will ensure stable data transfer and high speeds even in a large single-family house

Wi-Fi coverage of the entire apartment or house is not such a simple task – sometimes it is not enough to simply connect the router to the network. Fortunately, there is no shortage of devices on the market that allow you to use the Internet in every corner of your home. The latest proposal of the TP-Link brand, Deco M4 with the Mesh system, will ensure stable data transfer and high speeds even in a large single-family house.

The sales set includes two devices that – according to the manufacturer’s declaration – will allow you to create an efficient Wi-Fi system on an area of up to 260 m². What’s more, they use the Mesh system, thanks to which (for example) the smartphone will smoothly switch between one and the other router, depending on which one in a given place will provide a better connection.

The user is not even supposed to feel it, in contrast to the situation when his equipment switches between “ordinary” routers – then there may be a short break in Internet access or the phenomenon of buffering of watched materials. The Mesh system in which the Deco M4 series is equipped avoids this.

The novelty of the TP-Link brand provides bandwidth up to 867 Mb/s in the 5 GHz band (802.11 ac/n/a) and up to 300 Mb/s in the 2.4 GHz band (802.11 b/g/n). Each Deco M4 unit is also equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet ports, so you can also connect devices to it using a cable with an RJ-45 tip.

Owners of the Deco M4 system will also be able to set up and set parental controls. As part of it, you can create profiles for each user, set time limits for Internet access and filters that, depending on age, will block access to given content. Parents can also access the history of websites viewed by their children.

The dedicated TP-Link Deco application for mobile devices with Android and iOS systems is used to manage and configure the Deco M4 system. The program will also suggest where to place the devices to cover the largest possible area with the network.

The Deco M4 system is now available for sale. Its price was set at PLN 579. TP-Link provides a 36-month warranty on it.
